Sugar over LTSP?

Discussing a summer event, this came up.  Its usefulness likely extends beyond this event, however.

Sugar is educational.  LTSP is an ideal solution for classrooms.

Sugar over LTSP makes a lot of sense, especially if the server can be made into a DVD .iso, allowing educators to try Sugar for a whole lab with ease.

Educators aren't the only people to evangelize Sugar to, however.

Parents also don't want to deal with complex procedures to give children's toys a try.

It might make sense to make a live DVD that will also include functions to let people run Sugar virtualized without rebooting.
